Had a wonderful stay at Swissotel. the hotel is part of a luxurious group in a prime location connected to a fantastic shopping center, providing easy access to the Haram. the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the buffet offered a delicious variety of food, and the live prayer in the rooms was a remarkable experience. the hotel's foyer and restaurant are beautifully designed, adding to the overall excellent experience.
Nothing that i didn't like. 😊

Excellent kaaba view, comfortable bed, great breakfast variety, convenient location, smooth check-in/out, and helpful staff.

clean rooms with fantastic views of the clock tower, and the buffet spread is top-notch. the staff - from reception to concierge - is so helpful.

My recent stay at a hotel in Mecca was truly enjoyable. The staff at the hotel were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of. The hotel provided excellent amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception, and a restaurant with a wide variety of delicious meals. The room was comfortable with modern facilities like a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and an electric kettle. The hotel staff was attentive and helpful, ensuring my stay was pleasant right up until the moment I left, even providing assistance with taxis and directing me to the nearby mall for dining options.
The only minor downside was that the elevators at the hotel seemed a bit slow during peak times. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience.

I was excited to visit the Kaaba, so I chose Swissotel for its close proximity. However, the luxurious Swiss service pleasantly surprised me, and I loved the fine dining at Al Ruwad Restaurant.
Elevator waits during busy times.
